This Return & Refund Policy applies to all customers located in the United Kingdom and outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted by Loraviona.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

At Loraviona, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return or refund. Exchanges are available depending on product availability at the time the request is processed. All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 50 days from the date the order is delivered.

Return Process

All returns must be completed by mail. Customers are required to contact our support team at info@loraviona.com to initiate a return or exchange request. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions along with a return shipping label. Items must not be returned without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed. Customers are encouraged to follow the provided instructions carefully to ensure the return is handled efficiently.

Return Costs & Fees

Loraviona provides return shipping at no cost to the customer for all approved returns. There are no restocking fees applied to returned items. If a return does not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy, it may be rejected upon inspection and sent back to the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 20 business days from the date of inspection for the refund to be completed. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider.

Currency Information

All refunds are issued in GBP (Great British Pound). If the original transaction was made in a different currency, any exchange rate fluctuations or additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside of our control and will not be reimbursed.
