This Return & Refund Policy applies to Loraviona customers in the United Kingdom. It explains how to request a return, exchange, cancellation, or refund and the timeframes that apply.
Returns
Loraviona accepts return requests within 30 days from delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at info@loraviona.com within the 30-day return window. Your request will be reviewed before any item is sent back.
Please do not return an item without first receiving approval and the applicable return instructions.
How to Request a Return
The return process is as follows:

- Provide your order details and the reason for your request so it can be reviewed.
- Loraviona will review the return request.
- If the return is approved, you will receive the applicable return instructions, including the appropriate return destination and shipping instructions where applicable.
- Send the item according to the approved return instructions.
- Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.
- If the return is approved following inspection, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
Please do not send returns to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.
Our Operating Address is provided for business identification and transparency and is not automatically a return destination.
Return Shipping Costs

Loraviona does not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
After your returned item has been received, Loraviona will inspect it within 1–3 business days.
Once the return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products.
