Loraviona currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are processed and fulfilled in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) from Monday to Friday are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, as well as orders placed on weekends or United Kingdom public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day. Order processing refers to the verification, preparation, and packing of items prior to dispatch.

Handling Time

All orders require a handling period before shipment. Handling time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days and is carried out from Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Transit Time & Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes between 3 to 9 business days. Deliveries are made on business days only, from Monday to Friday. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and external factors such as weather conditions or logistical delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time, including both handling and transit, is between 4 to 12 business days from the date the order is placed. This estimate is provided for guidance and is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Shipping Fees

Loraviona offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping charges and no minimum purchase requirement.

Delivery Conditions

Loraviona is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect information, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
